Pension Review

Are you getting value for money from your pension provider?

Our Pension Review service will help you on your way to achieving the income and lifestyle you desire at retirement. You have made a positive start by having a pension but improper management of your pension could still leave you wanting more.

The size of your final pension fund will determine how much income you have at retirement. Excessive charges, poor performance or a delay in addressing contribution shortfall will have a dramatic impact on your fund.

A pension review will highlight these issues and help you to address them as well as detailing the benefits you can expect at retirement and how much tax free cash is available to you now and/or when you retire.

The cost of failing to review

There are three main factors which will affect whether or not your pension will provide you with your desired lifestyle at retirement: Charges, Performance and Inadequate Contribution Level.

Our Pension Review could save you:

• £21,632 in Charges *
• £50,780 in poor Performance **
• £10,853 in Contribution Shortfall ***

Enquire now to find out more about the Pension Review service.

Charges

Charges are applied by your pension provider at an agreed rate. Charges are deducted from your pension fund directly. The more you pay in charges, the less you will end up with in your fund when you come to retire.

Performance

The money in your pension is invested by your pension provider. The performance of these investments varies from provider to provider. A below par performance will result in you having a substantially lower fund at retirement.

Delay in resolving incorrect contributions

A contribution is an amount of money paid by you or your employer into your pension on a monthly basis. By paying too little you will not achieve the size of fund needed to support your desired lifestyle at retirement.

What's included in the pension review?

We will write to your pension provider(s) and ask them to send us details of your current arrangements. From this we will produce a comprehensive and easy to understand report which will include:

• The value of each pension
• A projection of what your pension is likely to be at retirement
• If your pension is not going to meet your goals, we will calculate how much more you will need to contribute to get back on track
• Analysis of the performance of your current pensions and the charges imposed on them
• A calculation of how much tax free cash you might be able to access either now or at retirement
Getting started is easy - You can apply online by clicking 'Apply Now' and completing the short application form. We will do the rest.

*Based on a 40 year old paying 0.75% over the market average of 1.25% in charges.
**Based on a 40 year old with a fund growing 3% below average.
***Based on a 40 year old delaying making an additional £50 per month contibution until age 65.
